Encrypted, in transit and at rest
Every upload travels over HTTPS and is stored encrypted at rest (AES-256) in Cloudflare R2. Your documents are private to your account.
Processed by Anthropic's Claude, under commercial terms
Your document text is read by Anthropic's Claude to generate your report. We use Anthropic's commercial API under a Data Processing Agreement and zero-retention processing — your data is never used to train AI models and is not retained by Anthropic after processing.
Buyer-side only — never shared
TransferDue works only for you, the buyer. Your documents are never shared with agents, sellers, or developers. The report cross-checks the files you provide — a starting point for your own checks, not an official Land Office search.
Delete anytime, in one click
Erase your account and every uploaded document from Account → Delete account — it is irreversible and purges storage immediately. Inactive cases are auto-deleted after 90 days, with a warning email 7 days before.
Built for Thailand's PDPA
Passports and ID cards are optional and may contain sensitive PDPA §26 fields. You must redact those fields before upload; TransferDue does not intentionally extract, store, or report them. Once your report is generated, the ID-card and passport files are deleted from storage automatically.
