Refund Policy
Effective Date: 7 July 2026
TransferDue LLC ("TransferDue"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, sells prepaid unlock credits. One credit unlocks one document-check report. Credits are sold in two packs:
- 1 credit — 500 THB
- 5 credits — 2,000 THB
This policy explains when those purchases can be refunded — including our Report Accuracy Guarantee for reports you have already unlocked.
How purchases are billed. Credit purchases are processed by Stripe; Stripe's consumer service Link is the merchant of record for the payment transaction. The charge appears on card and bank statements as LINK.COM* TRANSFERDUE, and any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax is collected and remitted by the merchant of record at checkout.
1. Unused Credits
If you have purchased credits and not yet spent them, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Unused credits are refunded proportionally from bundled purchases.
2. Used Credits
Once a credit is spent to unlock a report, the report and associated digital content have been made available to your account and that credit is generally non-refundable. Each report clearly requires one credit before it is unlocked, so no credit is consumed without your action. Partial previews available before unlock are informational only and do not consume credits. A report that cannot be completed — because the analysis failed or returned only an incomplete result — cannot be unlocked and never consumes a credit.
Two exceptions apply after a credit is spent:
- the Report Accuracy Guarantee (Section 3); and
- refunds at TransferDue's discretion in cases of technical failure, duplicate billing, or service malfunction.
3. Report Accuracy Guarantee
If a report you unlocked contains a verified material error, we refund what you paid for the credit used to unlock it.
What counts. A concrete mistake the automated processing made against the documents you uploaded — for example a misread value (a wrong number, name, date, or area), a mistranslation that changes the meaning, or an incorrect cross-check between documents. "Verified" means our support team confirms the error against your uploaded documents.
What is not covered:
- Items the report itself marks as requiring your verification, unverifiable, or missing — these are flagged precisely because your documents could not prove them.
- Anything outside the documents you uploaded. The report is a document check, not a warranty of legal title, registry status, or the outcome of your purchase.
- Disagreement with a finding's severity grading or wording where the underlying facts are reported correctly.
Window. Claims must reach us within 30 days of the date you unlocked the report.
Remedy. A refund of the amount you paid for that credit, to your original payment method: 500 THB for a single-credit purchase, or the proportional share of a pack (400 THB per credit from the 5-credit pack at 2,000 THB). One refund per unlocked report. Your access to the report is unaffected.
How to claim. Email [email protected] from your account email with the case or report concerned, the specific finding, and what is wrong about it. We check the claim against your uploaded documents and confirm the outcome by email.
This guarantee is a refund remedy — not a promise that every report is error-free (see the Buyer Agreement, "Report Accuracy and Limitations"). It does not limit Section 7 (Statutory Rights).
4. How to Request a Refund
For unused credits, email [email protected] within the 14-day window with the email address on your account and the approximate date of purchase; we will confirm your remaining unused credits and process eligible refunds. For the Report Accuracy Guarantee, follow the claim steps in Section 3. You may also raise a payment-level refund request directly with Link (the merchant of record) through its support channels; a refund the merchant of record issues under its own terms satisfies the corresponding claim under this policy.
5. Processing Time
We review refund requests and submit approved refunds to our payment provider within 5 business days of approval. The funds are returned to your original payment method; banks and card issuers then typically take a further 5–10 business days to post them, which is outside our control.
6. Pricing and Currency
Prices are shown in Thai Baht (THB) at the time of purchase and may change with notice. Depending on your country, applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax may be added at checkout; it is collected and remitted by the merchant of record. Currency conversion or processing fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you have under applicable law.

9. Language
This Refund Policy is published in English, which is its sole authoritative and governing version. Any translation into another language is provided for your convenience only. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails. This does not limit Section 7 (Statutory Rights).
